Transactions are carried out using the MasterCard Identity check and VISA Secure security programs.<\/div>
We do not store data about bank cards used for payment through the site.<\/div>
If it is necessary to return an amount paid with a bank card, the amount will be refunded to the card with which the payment was made.<\/div>

If you would like the invoice to be issued to a Company, please provide the name, address and VAT of the Company. In the event that you are not the holder of the credit card you wish to pay with, you must complete an Authorisation Form and return it to the hotel together with a copy of the face and back of the credit card, a signature and a copy of the cardholder’s photo ID, as requested by the bank. Booking Guarantee<\/p><\/div>

All reservations must be guaranteed by the company or the guest with a valid credit card. Unguaranteed bookings will be automatically cancelled on the day of arrival at 4.00pm.<\/p><\/div>

Baby cots are provided free of charge subject to availability.<\/p><\/div>
